QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

• University degree in a related field, preferably Mechanical, Mechatronic or Aeronetical Engineering, Electrical, Electronics or other related disciplines
• Willing to be developed in Toyota Production System and Equipment Design & Manufacturing.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy.
• Excellent command of English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• Preferable to be capable of design & analysis tools (e.g. : Catia, Solidworks, Ansys etc.)
• Analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey
• No restriction to travel in and out of Turkey
• Willing to live in Kocaeli and Sakarya

Job Description:

Successful candidate will be employed in Production Division and join the Toyota New Graduate Development Programme.

• Main responsibility area will be Process Development inline with Toyota’s short to mid term business policies & production plan.
• Analyze production processes and identify improvement requirements in line with Toyota Production System.
• Plan & implement necessary method and equipment changes in line with Toyota Business Practices.
• Design, manufacturing and commissioning of new equipment
• Drive communication and report progress and result KPI's within the team and management.
• Manage the engineering changes in design, material and methods related with the descriptions above
• New vehicle & new material projects follow up, launch & reporting
