Our client is a fast-growing global SaaS scale-up. For their growth globally, we are seeking a Head of International Sales to lead its commercial expansion across EMEA.


The company provides an all-in-one enterprise business platform combining CRM, sales automation, marketing, HR workflows, and document management solutions — enabling organizations to manage core business operations in a unified digital ecosystem. The platform is rapidly scaling internationally with strong product-market momentum and ambitious global growth plans.


This role will start as an individual contributor, directly driving revenue and market expansion, and evolve into building and leading an international sales organization.


Role Overview

The Head of International Sales will be responsible for expanding the company’s presence across EMEA through direct enterprise sales, partner/channel development, and strategic pipeline generation.

This is a high-impact role focused on:

  • new market penetration
  • complex enterprise deal execution
  • revenue growth
  • international expansion strategy
  • building a scalable sales function


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive international revenue growth across EMEA markets
  • Identify, develop, and close new enterprise opportunities
  • Build and manage partner and channel relationships
  • Execute complex SaaS sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Generate and manage strategic pipeline development initiatives
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new regions
  • Position the platform as a strategic enterprise solution
  • Lead value-based selling conversations with C-level executives
  • Establish scalable sales processes and frameworks
  • Build and lead the international sales team as revenue scales
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams on market strategy
  • Represent the company in international events and client engagements


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE


  • Minimum 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Strong track record in enterprise / complex solution selling
  • Experience selling CRM, business platforms, enterprise software, or similar solutions
  • Proven success in EMEA market expansion
  • Experience in partner / channel sales models
  • Demonstrated ability to close high-value enterprise deals
  • Experience building pipeline from scratch (hunter profile)
  • Expert in complex solution sales methodologies (i.e. Valuselling, Challenger Sale, SPIN, etc.)
  • Experience scaling revenue in high-growth technology companies
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Ability to operate in fast-moving scale-up environments
  • Advanced verbal and spoken English is required, additional foreign language is a plus.


Preferred Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier local or international university
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology scale-ups
  • Exposure to multi-product enterprise platforms
  • Experience working with international clients and cross-border teams
