About the Position
We are looking for a Sales and International Expansion Leader to drive the growth of our SaaS‑based loyalty program platform and Agentic AI solutions across Turkey and international markets.
This role is responsible for accelerating revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and identifying new opportunities in both established and emerging markets. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales leader who can manage technology sales and consulting‑oriented solution selling simultaneously.
Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Identify new customer opportunities in Turkey and global markets
- Target organizations in retail, finance, e‑commerce, and service industries needing loyalty program or CRM transformation
- Build relationships with senior executives (CMO, CIO, CEO)
Solution Selling
- Position our SaaS loyalty platform, data management offerings, and Agentic AI solutions based on customer needs
- Package product, consulting, and operational services throughout the sales process
- Manage proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
International Growth
- Build partnerships with distributors, system integrators, and agencies in new countries
- Establish and expand local partner ecosystems
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies
Sales Pipeline Management
- Manage and regularly report on the sales pipeline
- Plan, track, and achieve sales targets
- Log and monitor all activities within the CRM system
Strategic Partnerships
- Establish collaborations with agencies, technology partners, and consulting firms
- Develop joint go‑to‑market (GTM) models
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in SaaS, MarTech, CRM, or Loyalty technology sales
- Strong solution‑selling experience to enterprise customers
- Experience in international business development
- Advanced English proficiency (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong relationship‑building skills with senior executives
- Ability to communicate technology solutions through business value
