Now, we're looking for a Product Manager who understands how to build, scale, and monetize consumer products.
What You'll Do
- Own the product roadmap from idea → launch → scale
- Drive retention, engagement, and monetization
- Build and optimize gamification systems to increase daily usage
- Design and run A/B tests to improve conversion and LTV
- Work closely with growth, design, and engineering teams
- Turn user behavior and data into clear product decisions
- Continuously improve onboarding, paywalls, and core user flows
- 3+ years of experience in product management
- Experience in B2C mobile apps (subscription-based is a big plus)
- Strong understanding of monetization, retention, and LTV
- Hands-on experience with gamification and growth loops
- Data-driven mindset (comfortable with analytics & experiments)
- Fast execution, ownership, and startup energy
- Strong communication skills
