Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, etc.),
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or project management,
• Experience in BNPL, consumer finance, or payment systems,
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, especially in credit processes,
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint planning,
• Proven experience in product strategy development and roadmap management,
• Solid understanding of credit products (interest, installments, commissions, IRR, risk),
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to analyze user behavior and needs,
• Experience working with technical teams and understanding of core technical concepts,
• Strong data-driven decision-making, analysis, and reporting skills,
• Effective stakeholder management and team coordination skills.

Job Description

• Define and manage the product strategy and roadmap for BNPL solutions,
• Conduct global and local benchmark and trend analysis,
• Design end-to-end payment and credit flows covering both merchant and customer journeys,
• Manage real-time credit decisioning (scoring) processes at checkout,
• Own and prioritize the product backlog and define sprint deliverables,
• Design and optimize installment, deferred payment (pay later), commission, and interest models,
• Ensure regulatory-compliant customer onboarding and credit application flows,
• Manage KYC/onboarding processes and monitor third-party service performance,
• Lead BNPL integrations across mobile apps, web checkout, and merchant channels
• Design and manage merchant integrations (API, POS, Checkout),
• Collaborate with risk, fraud, and credit teams to improve limit management, scoring, and collections processes,
• Work closely with UX teams to improve checkout conversion and user experience,
• Lead UAT processes and monitor post-launch product performance,
• Perform profitability analysis of campaigns and pricing models (IRR, margin, NPL impact),
• Analyze customer data to develop new product features and campaigns,
• Ensure seamless integration, testing, and production readiness of third-party services,
• Track and optimize product performance metrics (conversion rate, approval rate, NPL, LTV, etc.).
