Job Title: HR Manager (Medical/Healthcare)

Job Summary:

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions within a healthcare organization, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management, ensuring alignment with healthcare regulations and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and onboarding of medical and non-medical staff
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, labor regulations, and accreditation standards
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
• Develop HR policies and maintain employee records
• Oversee training, credentialing, and performance evaluations
• Manage payroll, benefits, and staff scheduling coordination
• Support organizational culture and staff retention initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Experience in healthcare or hospital HR preferred
• Knowledge of labor laws and healthcare compliance standards
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
