Job Purpose

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing growth strategies across the company's portfolio. The role focuses on expanding corporate and high-value client acquisition, strengthening strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth across the client's business verticals.


This position plays a key role in market expansion, cross-selling initiatives, and long-term commercial positioning within the UAE. The role is focused on business development and partnerships and does not involve day-to-day operational or service delivery responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the Managing Director’s vision and commercial objectives.
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships that support growth
  • Conduct ongoing market research to monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities within the UAE market.


Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Drive acquisition of corporate and high-value clients across the Group’s offerings.
  • Develop and execute structured outreach initiatives to generate qualified business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.


Sales & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new B2B business development initiatives and strategic partnerships, ensuring a structured handover to operations post-onboarding.
  • Maintain and manage CRM systems to track leads, pipeline activity, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.
  • Represent the client in professional forums, networking platforms, and industry engagements as required.


Requirements & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).

Experience

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the UAE.
  • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience specifically within Healthcare, Aesthetic Clinics, Wellness, Beauty, Fashion, Luxury, or premium service-oriented environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing corporate, premium, or high-value client portfolios.
  • Exceptional communication, public speaking (for podcasts), and networking skills.

  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and deal-closing capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance brand positioning and revenue objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market insights and commercial data
