一、岗位职责
1. 战略规划与体系构建
- 制定共享服务中心(SSC)中长期战略,明确服务范围(涵盖人事、财务、行政等模块)及数字化转型路径,提升运营效率与成本管控效益。
- 主导跨部门流程标准化建设,包括费用报销、合同管理等核心流程,建立标准化作业流程(SOP)及合规体系,保障流程高效合规落地执行。
2. 全球用工合规体系搭建
- 牵头搭建并完善全球用工合规体系,梳理不同国家及地区(重点为海外业务所在地)的用工法律法规及政策要求,制定统一的合规指引与实施方案。
- 协同人力资源、法务及海外业务部门,规范全球用工流程,包括跨境人才派遣、劳动合同拟定、工作签证办理等,规避因区域政策差异引发的合规风险。
- 定期跟踪全球用工政策更新动态,组织团队及海外机构开展合规培训,确保SSC全流程全球服务业务严格遵循当地法规要求。
3. 团队管理与服务优化
- 全面负责SSC团队管理,涵盖招聘配置、培训赋能、绩效考核等工作,提升团队成员专业能力与服务意识,打造高绩效服务团队。
- 搭建服务质量监控体系,建立满意度调研、投诉闭环处理机制,定期分析运营数据(含时效、差错率等核心指标),推动服务体验持续迭代优化。
4. 数字化转型与系统落地
- 主导SSC数字化平台(含HR系统、财务共享系统等)的选型、实施与迭代升级,推动RPA、AI等智能化技术应用,实现核心流程自动化落地。
- 优化员工自助服务工具,包括员工门户、移动端应用等,提升数据整合能力与系统智能化水平,同时保障数据安全与合规管理。
5. 跨部门协作与业务支持
- 对接各业务部门需求,提供定制化共享服务方案,包括异地机构服务支持、政策落地配套服务等,强化与人力资源、财务、行政等部门的协同效能。
- 参与公司并购、组织调整等重大项目,提供流程适配、人员信息迁移等专项支持,保障项目高效推进。
6. 合规风控与持续改进
- 确保SSC运营全流程符合劳动法、会计准则及行业监管要求,防范薪资核算、税务申报等核心环节的操作风险,定期开展内部审计工作。
- 建立PDCA循环改进机制,复盘流程运行效率与服务交付效果,推动SSC从运营支持型职能向战略赋能型职能升级。
二、任职要求
1. 核心能力要求
- 专业经验:8年以上共享服务、人力资源或财务领域管理经验,3年及以上SSC负责人岗位任职经历;具备金融/交易所行业背景者优先,需拥有大型企业全球化业务海外SSC搭建及全球用工合规体系构建经验。
- 流程管理:精通流程设计与优化方法论(如六西格玛、精益管理),具备跨部门及跨境流程落地实战案例。
- 数字化能力:熟悉HR系统、财务共享平台操作,具备RPA、AI等智能化技术应用经验,能够主导系统迭代与工具创新。
- 合规意识:通晓全球用工法律法规、财税政策及金融行业合规要求,具备丰富的跨境用工风险管控与内部审计经验。
- 语言能力:中英文双语流利,可作为工作语言;掌握其他外语者优先。
2. 管理与协作能力
- 团队管理:具备完整的团队搭建、培训赋能及绩效管理经验,善于激发团队成员主动性与创造力,打造凝聚力强的高效团队。

- 学历背景:本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、财务管理、法学、信息技术等相关专业优先。

I. Job Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning and System Construction
- Formulate the medium and long-term strategy for the Shared Service Center (SSC), clarify the service scope (covering HR, Finance, Administration and other modules) and digital transformation path, and improve operational efficiency and cost control effectiveness.
- Lead the standardization of cross-departmental processes, including core processes such as expense reimbursement and contract management, establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance systems, and ensure efficient and compliant implementation of processes.
2. Global Employment Compliance System Construction
- Take the lead in building and improving the global employment compliance system, sort out employment laws, regulations and policy requirements of different countries and regions (focusing on overseas business locations), and formulate unified compliance guidelines and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal and overseas business departments to standardize global employment processes, including cross-border talent dispatch, employment contract formulation, work visa handling, etc., and avoid compliance risks caused by regional policy differences.
- Regularly track updates of global employment policies, organize compliance training for the team and overseas institutions, and ensure that the entire process of SSC's global service business strictly complies with local regulatory requirements.
3. Team Management and Service Optimization
- Be fully responsible for SSC team management, including recruitment and allocation, training and empowerment, performance appraisal, etc., improve team members' professional capabilities and service awareness, and build a high-performance service team.
- Establish a service quality monitoring system, set up satisfaction surveys and closed-loop complaint handling mechanisms, regularly analyze operational data (including core indicators such as timeliness and error rate), and promote continuous iteration and optimization of service experience.
4. Digital Transformation and System Implementation
- Lead the selection, implementation and iterative upgrading of SSC digital platforms (including HR systems, financial shared systems, etc.), promote the application of intelligent technologies such as RPA and AI, and realize the automated implementation of core processes.
- Optimize employee self-service tools, including employee portals and mobile applications, improve data integration capabilities and system intelligence levels, and ensure data security and compliance management.
5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Business Support
- Connect with the needs of various business departments, provide customized shared service solutions, including service support for remote institutions and supporting services for policy implementation, and strengthen collaboration efficiency with HR, Finance, Administration and other departments.
- Participate in major company projects such as mergers and acquisitions and organizational adjustments, provide special support such as process adaptation and personnel information migration, and ensure the efficient progress of projects.
6. Compliance Risk Control and Continuous Improvement
- Ensure that the entire SSC operation process complies with labor laws, accounting standards and industry regulatory requirements, prevent operational risks in core links such as salary calculation and tax declaration, and conduct regular internal audits.
- Establish a PDCA cycle improvement mechanism, review process operation efficiency and service delivery effects, and promote the upgrading of SSC from an operational support function to a strategic enabling function.
II. Qualifications
1. Core Competence Requirements
- Professional Experience: More than 8 years of management experience in shared services, human resources or finance, with at least 3 years of experience as an SSC Director/Head. Background in the financial/exchange industry is preferred. Experience in building overseas SSCs for global businesses of large enterprises and constructing global employment compliance systems is required.
- Process Management: Proficient in process design and optimization methodologies (such as Six Sigma, Lean Management), with practical cases of cross-departmental and cross-border process implementation.
- Digital Capability: Familiar with the operation of HR systems and financial shared platforms, with experience in the application of intelligent technologies such as RPA and AI, and able to lead system iteration and tool innovation.
- Compliance Awareness: Well-versed in global employment laws and regulations, fiscal and taxation policies, and financial industry compliance requirements, with rich experience in cross-border employment risk control and internal auditing.
- Language Ability: Fluent in both Chinese and English, which can be used as working languages; proficiency in other foreign languages is a plus.
2. Management and Collaboration Capabilities
- Team Management: With complete experience in team building, training and empowerment, and performance management, good at stimulating team members' initiative and creativity, and building a cohesive and efficient team.
- Cross-Departmental & Cross-Border Coordination: Excellent communication and resource integration capabilities, good at linking business departments, technical teams and overseas institutions to promote the implementation of complex projects.
- Strategic Thinking: Able to plan SSC development and global employment compliance work from the company's overall strategic perspective, balancing short-term operational efficiency and long-term strategic value.
3. Educational Background and Quality Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Law, Information Technology or related fields is preferred.
- Professional Qualities: Result-oriented, strong pressure resistance, with innovative thinking and attention to details, able to adapt to the high-frequency compliance inspection requirements of the financial industry and the complexity of global business.
