HEAD OF IT | Real Estate & Property Development Group | Dubai
📍 Dubai, UAE | Full-Time | On-Site
Established developer and real estate group — 200+ employees. Now launching a brokerage.

We are a well-established UAE property development and real estate group with 200+ employees across operations. We are now expanding with the launch of a new brokerage arm — and we need a Head of IT to lead the full technology function across the entire group, including the brokerage build-out.

This is a group-wide role. You own IT for everything.
What you'll own:
🔧 Group IT Infrastructure
End-to-end ownership — servers, networks, cloud environments, laptops, mobiles, user onboarding across all entities. You build it right and you keep it running.
⚙️ Bitrix24 & Odoo — Non-Negotiable
Full implementation and ownership of both. Bitrix24 across brokerage CRM and operations. Odoo across finance, HR, and back-office for the group. Hands-on experience with both is a hard requirement — no exceptions.

🤖 Automation & AI
You spot inefficiency, you eliminate it. Automation-first across all departments and workflows.

🔄 Workflow Architecture — Both Sides
You understand the developer workflow (project pipeline, finance, sales, HR) and the brokerage workflow (CRM, portals, leasing, tenancy cycles). You build systems that serve both.

🔐 Security, Backup & Continuity
Group-wide data protection, backup infrastructure, and disaster recovery. Non-negotiable.
Technical Skills Required:
Infrastructure & Networking
LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall configuration and management
Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy
Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace — full admin and deployment
NAS/SAN storage, server rack setup and management
Endpoint management: laptops, desktops, mobile devices (MDM solutions)

Cloud & Backup
Azure and/or AWS — deployment, management, cost optimisation
Enterprise backup solutions (Veeam, Acronis or equivalent)
Disaster recovery planning and execution
Cloud migration experience
CRM & ERP
Bitrix24 — full implementation, workflow automation, CRM configuration, user training
Odoo — module implementation across HR, Finance, Sales, Inventory, and Operations

Automation & AI
Workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make/Integromat, Power Automate or equivalent)
AI tool integration and deployment across business functions
API integrations between platforms and third-party systems
Security

Cybersecurity best practices — firewalls, endpoint protection, access control
Data privacy and compliance (UAE data protection regulations)
User access management and audit controls
Real Estate Tech
UAE property portal integrations (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
RERA/DLD system familiarity (Trakheesi, REST, OQOOD)
Understanding of tenancy, leasing, and developer sales workflows

You bring:
5+ years in IT, minimum 2 in a head-of or senior leadership role
Proven Bitrix24 AND Odoo implementation experience — mandatory
UAE real estate experience — developer and/or brokerage side
Automation-first mindset
Dubai-based or available to relocate immediately
Fluent English; Arabic a plus
