Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across iOS, Android, and Windows mobile devices
- Configure, manage, and support Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as Intune and AirWatch
- Support mobile application deployment, updates, and version control
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and VPN issues on mobile devices
- Enforce mobile security policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards
- Create and maintain end-user documentation and provide training as required
- Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems, especially iOS and Android
- Hands-on experience with MDM tools and mobile security frameworks
- Good understanding of Wi-Fi, VPN, and mobile networking concepts
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.
