Role Overview

Provide technical support for enterprise mobile devices, applications, and connectivity issues. Ensure smooth day-to-day mobile operations and promptly resolve end-user issues while maintaining security and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across iOS, Android, and Windows mobile devices
  • Configure, manage, and support Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as Intune and AirWatch
  • Support mobile application deployment, updates, and version control
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and VPN issues on mobile devices
  • Enforce mobile security policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards
  • Create and maintain end-user documentation and provide training as required

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems, especially iOS and Android
  • Hands-on experience with MDM tools and mobile security frameworks
  • Good understanding of Wi-Fi, VPN, and mobile networking concepts
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.
