We are partnering with a leading international organisation in their search for an HR Assistant to join their highly collaborative Singapore team.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to gain broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Coordinate new joiner logistics, inductions, and regional early careers programmes
  • Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and annual HR processes
  • Manage regulatory reporting, immigration, and relocation activities
  • Maintain HR systems, ensuring accurate employee data and reporting
  • Support recruitment coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications
  • Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, escalating where appropriate


About you:

  • Experience in an HR support, coordinator, or assistant role
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with HR systems (Workday experience advantageous)
