About The Role
As a Server, you are a key part of the member experience. From casual lunches to elevated dinners, you’ll deliver thoughtful, seamless service while building lasting relationships with our members and their guests.
What You’ll Do
- Provide attentive, professional service in dining rooms, bar areas, and event spaces
- Guide members through menus, offering knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations
- Ensure accuracy and timing of orders from start to finish
- Anticipate needs and create a welcoming, personalized experience
- Maintain a clean, organized service environment
- Work closely with bartenders, culinary team, and leadership to ensure smooth operations
- Previous serving experience in a restaurant, club, or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong communication skills and a polished, friendly demeanor
- A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to high standards
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine desire to create memorable experiences for members and guests
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Work in a stunning setting with panoramic mountain views
