- Guide the scrum team in implementing the Scrum framework and organizing Scrum ceremonies
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and development team to plan and execute sprints, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews
- Identify and manage risks, monitor project goals, and remove obstacles hindering team progress
- Foster communication between the development team and external stakeholders, promoting trust and respect
- Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of experience in an Agile environment
- Proven leadership skills and experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to explain complex concepts and ideas clearly
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Suitability of Public Trust clearance
- Certified Scrum Master
- SAFe certification
