What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Act as a servant-leader for an Agile team, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and facilitating team meetings
• Guide the scrum team in implementing the Scrum framework and organizing Scrum ceremonies
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and development team to plan and execute sprints, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews
• Identify and manage risks, monitor project goals, and remove obstacles hindering team progress
• Foster communication between the development team and external stakeholders, promoting trust and respect
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of experience in an Agile environment
• Proven leadership skills and experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to explain complex concepts and ideas clearly
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Suitability of Public Trust clearance
