Dollar is a franchised operation owned by the prestigious A.A. Al Moosa Enterprises and operated under the license of Corniche Cars LLC since 2004. Today, it stands as a leading brand in the car rental and leasing sector across Oman and the UAE, with the largest fleet and over 50 rental locations.


Role Overview:

As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for driving corporate lease and rental sales through both new business acquisition and the effective management of existing client relationships.


The position focuses on building a strong sales pipeline, achieving monthly sales targets, ensuring timely contract renewals, and delivering high-quality service in coordination with internal teams. We are looking for a proactive, relationship-driven professional with strong market awareness and proven experience in corporate sales within Oman.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and manage all lease and rental sales for corporate customers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings, follow-ups, and feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Source new corporate customers for both leasing and rental verticals
  • Prepare quotations and contracts for new and existing clients.
  • Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved or exceeded.
  • Track expiring contracts and actively secure renewal orders.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts team regarding client payments and collections.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the Manager.
  • Stay updated on current market trends and industry information.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams to address client queries or complaints.
  • Facilitate senior-level engagement between client organizations and Thrifty management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.


Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record in Corporate Sales with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and new client acquisition skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.
  • Valid Oman driving license and prior working experience in Oman are mandatory for this role.
