πŸŽͺ Who we are

EAT Co is Oman's leading food and culture festival company. We run 10+ festivals a year across Oman, work with 1,900+ vendors, and reach over 925,000 people. Our commercial partnerships span telcos, banks, FMCG brands, government entities, and homegrown Omani businesses. We are expanding into Pakistan and the GCC. We are building the commercial engine that funds all of it - and we need someone who can help run it.

πŸ”₯ Why this role is different

This is not a call centre role. This is not admin. You will sit inside the commercial team β€” reporting to the Head of Revenue & New Markets β€” and you will be the connective tissue between new prospects, existing sponsors, and the partnerships that keep EAT Co growing.

You will learn how sponsorship deals are built, how proposals are written, how relationships are managed at a senior level β€” and you will be a part of it, not just watching from the side.

πŸ“‹ What you will do

β€’   Manage and update the sponsorship and partnership CRM β€” every prospect, every conversation, every follow-up logged and tracked.

β€’   Support the Head of Revenue in building sponsorship proposals and pitch decks for target accounts β€” telcos, banks, FMCG, government entities.

β€’   Outreach β€” Own the outreach pipeline β€”

β€’   research target accounts, draft first-contact emails, schedule meetings, and prepare briefing notes for senior team before calls.

β€’   Manage existing client relationships β€” check in with sponsors post-event, gather feedback, flag renewal opportunities, and ensure activation deliverables are met.

β€’   Coordinate sponsor activations on festival days β€” liaise with the ops team to ensure every partner gets what was promised in the contract.

β€’   Track and report on commercial KPIs weekly β€” pipeline value, conversion rates, renewal status, revenue to target.

β€’   Support contract administration β€” prepare draft agreements, chase signatures, track payment schedules, and flag delays.

β€’   Assist in identifying new revenue opportunities β€” corporate white-label events, government partnerships, co-productions β€” and bring them to the team with supporting research.

βœ… What you bring

β€’   1–2 years of experience in sales support, client relations, business development, account management, or events sponsorship.

β€’   You are highly organised and follow through β€” if you say you will send something, you send it. If you say you will call back, you call back. Reliability is everything in commercial relationships.

β€’   Excellent written Arabic and English β€” you will be drafting proposals, client emails, and CRM notes that the senior team relies on.

β€’   Confident on the phone and in person β€” you will be the first voice many potential partners hear.

β€’   Comfortable with numbers β€” you will be tracking revenue, managing pipeline data, and working with spreadsheets daily.

β€’   A commercial instinct β€” you understand that every email, every meeting, and every follow-up either moves a deal forward or lets it go cold.

β€’   Genuine interest in festivals, events, and the business of building experiences β€” this makes everything easier.

⭐ Bonus if you have

β€’   Experience using a CRM tool-HubSpot, Salesforce, or even a well-maintained Notion/Airtable setup.

β€’   An existing network in Muscat's business community -corporate contacts, agency relationships, or government connections.

β€’   Experience in sponsorship, media sales, or events marketing.

β€’   Omani market knowledge β€” understanding how decisions are made in government entities, banks, and large corporates locally.

πŸ“ˆ What you get

Base + commission structure

Direct senior mentorship

Full commercial education

Regional exposure - GCC + Pakistan

β€’   A base salary plus commission on deals you support closing β€” your effort directly affects your earnings.

β€’   Mentorship from a senior commercial leader β€” you will learn how to structure deals, manage accounts, and build long-term partnerships.

β€’   Visibility across the full EAT Co business β€” commercial, operations, creative, and expansion strategy.

  • β€’   A clear path forward: as EAT Co grows into new markets, the commercial team grows with it β€” and so does your role within it.
