Status Job:
- Lead project initiation, execution, monitoring, and control phases
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders for clarity and alignment
- Organize and lead project meetings, defining objectives and tracking progress
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and coordinate resources
- Prepare/review tender documentation, ensuring RFP compliance
- Support pre-sales: develop proposals and provide project insights
- Manage scope, schedule, resources for on-time, on-budget delivery
- 3+ years as a Project Manager in IT outsourcing companies, with proven track record of successful project delivery
- Expertise in creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project timelines
- Skilled in analyzing project risks, identifying pitfalls, and recommending solutions
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong communication skills (written/verbal) to manage stakeholder expectations
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (B2+ level)
- Thrives in high-pressure environments with heavy workloads and multiple parallel projects
- Decent salary with regular reviews based on performance.
- Employment by individual entrepreneur/self-employment contract without the need to be based in a specific location.
