🔎 Role Overview

As an Associate in the M&A Consulting (Deal Advisory) practice, you will support clients in identifying value levers, accelerating revenue, improving efficiency, and driving working capital improvements.

🎯 What You’ll Work On

• Data-led value creation using P&L, balance sheet, sales data, and operating metrics
• Identifying revenue, cost and working capital opportunities through advanced analysis
• Operating model review and value chain assessments
• Market, competition and benchmarking analysis for asset evaluation
• Supporting execution of value creation and integration initiatives

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint proficiency
• Solid understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet structure
• Professional qualification: CA / MBA
• Good business acumen; exposure to GTM or value creation is a plus
