🔎 Role Overview
As an Associate in the M&A Consulting (Deal Advisory) practice, you will support clients in identifying value levers, accelerating revenue, improving efficiency, and driving working capital improvements.
🎯 What You’ll Work On
- Data-led value creation using P&L, balance sheet, sales data, and operating metrics
- Identifying revenue, cost and working capital opportunities through advanced analysis
- Operating model review and value chain assessments
- Market, competition and benchmarking analysis for asset evaluation
- Supporting execution of value creation and integration initiatives

🧠 What We’re Looking For
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint proficiency
- Solid understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet structure
- Professional qualification: CA / MBA
- Good business acumen; exposure to GTM or value creation is a plus
