Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Must be based in Kerala and currently residing in Kerala.
- Strong expertise in user interface design principles and UX best practices.
- Proficiency in visual design and creating impactful mockups.
- Ability to analyze user behavior and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and modern AI-powered design platforms.
- Design and develop user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and aligned with the company's branding guidelines.
- Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas clearly to stakeholders and developers.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate user requirements into functional designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
- Refine and iterate on design concepts based on user feedback and project requirements.
- Ensure consistency in design language across all platform features and updates.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance the quality of work.
- Assist in defining and maintaining design standards and documentation for the team.
