Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and talented Solidity Developer to join our growing team at Associative. If you are a fresher eager to kickstart your career in Web3 and blockchain technology, we want to hear from you!
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Fresher
- Education: Any Graduate
- Must Have: Own Laptop for work
- Languages: Hindi, English, and Marathi
- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Work Location: Onsite at our Pune office
- Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday
- Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

- Eligibility: This position is not intended for candidates currently pursuing their education or any full-time courses. We are seeking candidates ready to join a full-time role immediately.
- Work Model: This is a full-time, in-office position at our Pune location. We do not offer remote work, work-from-home, or part-time arrangements.
- Interview Format: This is a mandatory in-person interview. Virtual or online interviews are not available for any role.
- Direct Hiring: Associative is a 5-year-old software development company. We are hiring directly for our own team and are not an outsourcing agency or recruitment consultancy.
