Role Purpose:

We are hiring for the role of Program Manager - plans, coordinates, executes and manages a portfolio of projects. The Program Manager actively leads all aspects of the projects from start to finish, including project team definition, project planning, documentation, project execution, tracking, reporting, rollout, interfaces with training and support groups, and program communication.

Responsibilities we entrust you with:

• Actively involve in all aspects of a portfolio of projects working through multiple internal and external stakeholders from start to finish.
• Launch new customers through requirement gathering, defining solution and technical integration.
• Post customer launch support and ongoing engagement for new feature requests/enhancements • Project control: Manage changes, risks, scope, cost, quality, communications, time, and procurement.
• Create a program tracking tool as well as manage, update, and report on programs on a regular basis.

What matters in this role:

• 3 to 6 years of proven experience in technical development/testing/integration or application support and project management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration and managerial skills including the ability to motivate others.
• Ability to work well with others and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels and in diverse environments and manage project risks.
• Ability to tailor communication style to different audiences, and to exercise good judgment in frequency and nature of communications to different parties (senior management, stakeholders, team members, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Experience on AI.
• Understanding and work experience on APIs.
• Analytics, Work experience on Project management software/tool.
• Working experience with data on Excel application independently is a must.
• Ability to create Project Planning, documentation, Presentation decks, Project charts.
• Ability to understand basics of coding and logics, web design tools will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of techniques for Planning, Monitoring and Controlling programes.
