The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Engineer to play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services. As a Quality Assurance Engineer at swipejobs, you will work closely with the executive team, engineering team, and other key stakeholders to ensure the quality of our mobile and web applications through manual testing.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to identify test requirements and create comprehensive test plans
• Conduct various types of manual testing such as functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
• Develop and maintain test documentation such as test plans, test cases, and test reports
• Manage defects and issues, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools
• Provide input on product design and usability to ensure a seamless user experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer with a strong focus on manual testing, Automation is a plus
• Experience working in Fast paced Agile/Scrum development environment
• Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira)
• Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright)
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for finding elusive bugs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
