Full-timeProject Management, Information Technology

Are you a detail-oriented professional looking to transition into a global role?

We are seeking a Jr. Project Manager who is eager to learn the inner workings of a world-class technology account.

This is a specialist position focused on Content Operations, Localization, and Digital Deployment. You will have the autonomy to own the publishing process of a big brand website, for 10 to 20 international markets, working directly with global editors. If you are looking to build a career in process management and international marketing operations, this is the perfect place to start!

What you’ll do with us

  • Manage the end-to-end publishing cycle for blog content and email marketing across 20 global markets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between client-side editors and our internal Design, Motion Graphics, Content and CMS teams.
  • Use no-code CMS tools and email platforms to ensure content is live, localized, and pixel-perfect.
  • Be the guardian of the artwork approval process, reviewing the quality of the deliverables and ensuring they meet the expectations and client guidelines.
  • You won't just follow the manual—you’ll help us refine it. We need someone who spots a bottleneck and suggests a fix.
  • Conduct thorough articles and email marketing QA to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.

Who you are

  • You take pride in being the person who ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
  • You enjoy understanding how different parts of a project fit together (Content + Design + CMS = Live Asset).
  • You don't wait for a nudge. Once you learn the process, you take the wheel and drive it.
  • You are genuinely interested in learning how global tech companies manage high-volume content at scale.
  • You are comfortable presenting updates and discussing processes in English with stakeholders worldwide.
  • Desired: understanding of creative tools (Illustrator, Photoshop).

Requirements

  • Approximately 2 years in a marketing or advertising agency.
  • You don't need to code, but you should be comfortable "under the hood" of platforms like WordPress, Contentful, or similar CMS/Email tools.
  • High capacity for managing volume without losing focus.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar.
