Job Description
As a DevOps Engineer in our Software Infrastructure team, you will work at the intersection of development and operations within our complex, predominantly on-premise environment. You will help design, build, and operate reliable Linux-based systems and automation solutions that support our software development lifecycle end-to-end. Your work will focus on improving system stability, scalability, and efficiency while enabling our R&D teams to deliver high-quality software in a robust and controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes across our software stack
- Build, test, package, and deliver artifacts using modern developer toolchains and dependency management systems
- Prototype and introduce new CI/CD features in close collaboration with developers and the DevOps Team Lead
- Design and implement system environments, including operating system platforms, images, and third-party software stacks
- Provide containerization and virtualization solutions to ensure scalable and reproducible environments
- Deploy, maintain and monitor DevOps infrastructure, including repositories, storage, backup solutions, databases, and static services
- Provide technical leadership for services, coordinating service requests, defining technical strategies, and aligning closely with internal stakeholders
- At least 2 years of professional experience in CI/CD, DevOps, or a related software infrastructure role
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, Concourse)
- Solid knowledge of Python and shell scripting
- Experience working with Linux-based systems in development and/or production environments
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies
- Familiarity with version control systems and modern build and package management tools
- Understanding of monitoring, logging, and storage systems
- Independent and structured working style with strong analytical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate clearly, document technical solutions, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
