Scrum Master – Zaventem – Full Time – Hybrid
We are looking for a medior Scrum Master with a minimum of three years of experience to support one of our clients based in Zaventem. In this role, you will guide individuals, teams, and the wider organization in adopting an Agile mindset and continuously improving how they collaborate and deliver value.
Job Summary
The Scrum Master promotes the right mindset and behaviors across teams and helps the organization embrace agility. The focus is on people over processes, facilitation over problem‑solving, adaptation over rigid frameworks, and team development over product‑only thinking. You will work closely with the existing team of Agile Coaches in a cloud‑oriented environment (Azure and AWS).
Responsibilities
- Coach teams in applying Agile values and principles effectively.
- Plan and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies independently.
- Create a safe, collaborative environment that encourages transparency and constructive feedback.
- Train teams in Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies.
- Adapt Agile approaches to the specific needs and context of each team.
- Support teams both onsite and in virtual settings through strong facilitation skills.
- Promote innovation and experiment with new techniques and facilitation methods.
- Apply Design Thinking tools and methods when relevant (nice to have).
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience working with at least 2–3 different teams; experience in multiple companies is a strong plus.
- Experience in a non‑IT context is considered a plus.
- Strong understanding and embodiment of Agile values and principles.
- Capable of giving constructive, improvement‑oriented feedback.
- Able to operate fully independently and organize Scrum activities without supervision.
- Skilled in both virtual and physical team facilitation.
- Strong interest in innovation and willingness to try new approaches and techniques.

Languages
- Fluent English
- B2 level in Dutch and/or French
Practical Information
- Work regime: Full time (5 days/week)
- Location: Zaventem (Brussels area)
- Homeworking: To be defined
- Start: As soon as possible
