Customer Success Manager

Threod Systems is a leading Provider of Battle-Tested Military Technology Solutions. We are a world-class technology and engineering company that designs and manufactures market-leading Unmanned Aircraft Systems, Electro-Optical Systems and Aircraft Launching Systems for critical defence missions, governmental and commercial applications.

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager responsible for ensuring customers successfully use our products and identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships and value.

Your role:

• Act as the primary contact for customers regarding support-related questions and issues
• Plan and coordinate customer integration projects from start to finish
• Manage and organize customer support tasks and workflows using the Jira board
• Plan and coordinate trainings and product demonstrations together with other teams
• Build and continuously improve the customer support system and processes
• Take ownership of and manage the creation of customer training materials and instructional videos
• Coordinate and oversee internal testing activities
• Gather, analyze, and organize customer feedback to support product and service improvements

About you:

• Higher education, preferably in business, marketing, economics, communication, IT, or a related field
• At least 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager role, preferably in a company where responsibilities included managing client relationships after onboarding, customer retention, and revenue growth
• Experience working with complex systems or building Customer Success processes and systems, ideally with proven results
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and support customer growth
