Senior Software Engineer (C# / AI) – Tampere (Hybrid)

Formulate IT are looking to add a Consultant to our team, to work with a larger Finnish-customer who are looking for extra support for their Tampere-based office. Their team are building their modern software capability with a growing focus on AI and data-driven solutions.

This is not just a delivery role - it is a position for someone who can combine hands-on engineering with real input into how solutions are shaped and delivered.

The role:

• Develop and maintain applications using C#
• Contribute to technical architecture and solution design
• Work closely with stakeholders to guide decisions - not just implement them
• Apply AI tools and modern development approaches to improve outcomes
• Support high-quality, scalable, and maintainable systems

What we’re looking for:

• Senior-level experience with C# / .NET
• Exposure to AI tools or AI-driven development
• Experience in consulting or advisory-style roles
• Strong communication skills in English
• Bonus: data projects or industrial domain experience
