Draivi is on a mission to build products that work seamlessly across markets and look great doing it.

Draivi is a fast-growing international performance marketing company, recognized three times on the Financial Times FT1000 list of Europe's fastest-growing companies. With €30M revenue in 2025 and operations across the Nordics, Germany, Spain, Mexico and South Africa, we help lenders and financial service providers acquire customers through data-driven marketing and comparison platforms.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Graphic Designer to take ownership of our visual identity and help shape how Draivi and our brands are experienced globally.

This is a new role, meaning you won’t just follow guidelines but instead you’ll help create and evolve them. You’ll define how our brands look and feel across different markets. Your work will directly influence how users engage with our websites, marketing, and brand across countries.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Building, maintaining, and evolving brand identity and brand guidelines (brand book)
  • Designing visual layouts for websites
  • Creating event and trade show materials aligned with the brand
  • Producing and managing visual assets to support market-specific versioning and localized adaptations
  • Ensuring consistency while adapting visuals to different cultural contexts
  • Collaborating closely with IT team to bring designs into production
  • Working together with marketing teams to define visual direction, guidelines, and best practices
  • Testing, iterating, and refining designs to create engaging user experiences

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in website design
  • A strong visual eye and passion for design
  • Ability to design clear, engaging, responsive and user-friendly web and marketing visuals
  • Understanding of marketing and how visual design supports it
  • Interest in localization and designing for different markets
  • Ability to balance creativity with consistency and brand governance
  • A portfolio showcasing real work from the projects where your designs have been implemented (e.g. websites or digital services)

Skills & Tools

  • Familiarity with Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience with Figma
  • Experience with Canva
  • Basic technical understanding of how designs are implemented (no coding required)

We value skills and proof of work over strict years of experience in this visually driven, non-technical role. You will have high ownership in defining our visual direction from the ground up across multiple markets.

You’ll work closely with technical and marketing teams, owning the visual side of things and communicating brand guidelines clearly to ensure consistency across all teams. We value people who are proactive, curious, and excited to build something new.

If you care deeply about how products look, feel, and communicate and if you enjoy turning ideas into visual experiences that work across markets, we’d love to hear from you.
