🚀 Key Responsibilities- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop, maintain, and optimise dashboards and reports for stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Operations)
- Maintain data quality, consistency, and governance
- Support strategic decision-making through data visualisation and storytelling
- Identify opportunities for process improvements using data insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in BI or data analytics roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker)
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
- Familiarity with Python or R is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
