• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop, maintain, and optimise dashboards and reports for stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Operations)
• Maintain data quality, consistency, and governance
• Support strategic decision-making through data visualisation and storytelling
• Identify opportunities for process improvements using data insights

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in BI or data analytics roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker)
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
• Familiarity with Python or R is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
