About the Opportunity


Our client is a leading and rapidly growing main contractor with operations across Ireland and Europe, delivering high-profile construction projects across sectors including Commercial, Data Centres, Life Sciences, Industrial, Aviation, and Fit-Out.

Due to continued expansion and a strong pipeline of large-scale developments, we are seeking Project Managers to lead projects from pre-construction through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering complex, high-value builds in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for project delivery from inception to handover
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Develop, manage, and update the construction programme and key milestones
  • Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Act as the technical lead, providing guidance and mentoring to the project team
  • Implement and maintain a strong health & safety culture on site
  • Monitor and control project costs, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Work closely with the commercial team to achieve financial targets
  • Track project performance and provide regular progress reports
  • Manage project risks, delays, and change, ensuring timely resolution
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication throughout
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards
  • Oversee design coordination and buildability across all project phases


Candidate Requirements

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Commercial experience in construction project management
  • Proven track record delivering commercial construction projects in Ireland
  • Experience across new build, fit-out, or design & build projects
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Technically strong with the ability to solve problems and drive delivery
  • Good understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to deliver cost-effective solutions
  • Proficient in MS Office and project scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project or similar)
  • Full driver’s licence (preferred)
