CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO will take end-to-end ownership of the company's performance, driving operational, commercial, and organisational excellence across all business functions. This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced executive who combines strategic clarity with hands-on execution — someone ready to build structure, unlock efficiency, and lead a focused B2B industrial organisation toward sustainable, profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the achievement of economic and operational targets, providing clear direction across production, commercial, and support functions.
• Champion EBITDA margin improvement through operational excellence, pricing discipline, and rigorous cost control.
• Restructure and strengthen the commercial and operations areas, establishing clear processes and defined roles.
• Oversee capacity utilisation and resource allocation to improve overall productivity and service levels.
• Define and monitor industrial KPIs; introduce advanced reporting and management control tools.
• Lead organisational reviews, drive continuous improvement, and foster internal talent development.
• Act as the legal representative, ensuring full compliance with regulations and corporate governance standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of progressive leadership experience in highly technical B2B industrial environments
• Experience in environments combining commercial responsibility with operational processes (production/logistics) is essential.
• Proven track record as CEO, General Manager, or COO, with full P&L accountability.
• Degree in Engineering or Business/Economics; MBA is a plus.
• Native or fluent Italian and fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Strong command of complex manufacturing dynamics, commercial levers, and financial planning.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Pragmatic vision, strong execution mindset, and a high sense of ownership.
• Based in or available to relocate to North-West Italy.
