Role and responsibilities 🎯
We are looking for a System Engineer with an IT background who will manage IT cloud based infrastructure projects and services.
As a System Engineer you will work on complex projects for customers architecting, building, operating and migrating cloud based infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
You will be responsible for the following actitivies:
- Install and configure server operating systems and infrastructure to host applications;
- Support in the management for example implement proactive monitoring (designed and implemented to ensure that no issue occurs);
- Resolve issues related to the Cloud environments used by the customer and related add-ons such as diagnosis of any problems in the IT environment;
- Use trouble ticketing tools to manage and resolve issues using best practices.
- Ensure security of data and access to computer systems.
Required Skills 🛹
- Minumum of 3 years’ experience relevant work experience as a System Engineer;
- Experience with cloud based infrastructures, Microsoft Azure preferred;
- Adept at dealing with customers to manage requirements, planning and delivery
- Bachelor or higher degree in a relevant field, with a preference for Computer science, Information engineering, Physics, Mathematics;
- Good written and verbal communication;
- Good English level, both written and spoken.
