Role Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations across various SaaS platforms and custom applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient software solutions.
- Lead technical planning, architectural decisions, and code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain performance and reliability.
- Develop documentation and training materials to support system usage and knowledge transfer.
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, tools, and integration processes.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Strong experience with API integrations, cloud services, and third-party applications.
- Proficiency in integrating platforms such as Mailchimp, SAP, Slack, Stripe, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and similar tools.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced remote environment.
