Join our team as a Senior Software Engineer & Team Lead, where you'll play a vital role in the success of HomeToGo. We're looking for an experienced software engineer and team lead to manage one of our Consumer Product teams.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Be a part of a push to improve the product delivery process
- Drive the development and execution of technical strategies and initiatives to improve the quality of our product
- Partner with Product to shape the roadmap and ensure engineering decisions align with user needs
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure the timely delivery of relevant features
- Identify and address technical challenges, ensuring the scalability, reliability, and usability of our Marketplace products
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation, and driving operational efficiency
- Champion adoption of AI-assisted development tools across the team
- Manage project timelines, resources, and priorities to meet business objectives
- 2+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing engineering teams
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (PHP, JS/TS) and experience with relevant frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, managing competing priorities
- Ability to keep the team focused on key initiatives while maintaining operational excellence
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MariaDB, PostgreSQL)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive technical solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in working with agile projects, setting KPIs, defining and executing OKRs
- Understanding the fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Fluency in English
