We are looking for a research-driven Product Manager with a strong Software Engineering background to help shape the future of our products. In this role, you will explore new product opportunities, translate research insights into technical product capabilities, and work closely with engineering teams to bring innovative solutions to market.
This position is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with product thinking and enjoys turning complex research findings into impactful product features.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and technology research to identify new product opportunities, innovations, and enhancements.
- Translate research insights into product features, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for strategically important products.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product development, marketing, and sales teams to deliver successful product solutions.
- Analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to guide product decisions.
- Build business cases, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
- Prioritize product features and improvements based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Monitor product performance and define KPIs to measure success.
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong Software Engineering background with the ability to understand and evaluate technical architectures and product capabilities.
- Experience working with Agile / Scrum development environments.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate technical insights into business value and product strategy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
