We are looking:

We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer to help us bring all kinds of visual organic content to life for our projects. From blog posts and social media content to short and long form videos, you’ll be the one making things look great and consistent across platforms.

Get ready to:

• Design visuals for posts, blog illustrations, videos, banners, and other content we need.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure visuals match the message and style.
• Take raw ideas and turn them into polished, eye-catching designs.
• Contribute creative ideas for layouts, formats, and visual storytelling.
• Work with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Premiere Pro, or other design software.
• Keep track of deadlines and make sure assets are delivered on time.
• Learn and experiment with new design trends, templates, and AI tools to make your work faster and more creative.

We expect you to:

• Have 1-3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Be confident with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Be comfortable designing for web, social media, and digital content.
• Have a good eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Be curious, creative, and willing to try new approaches.
• Communicate clearly and work well with different teams.
• Be fluent in English and Lithuanian.

Salary

Gross salary range is 1700-2700 EUR/month.
