Humbility is an algorithmic cryptocurrency arbitrage trading firm specializing in DeFi and CeFi across multiple chains and exchanges. We are a market-neutral trading company that develops arbitrage trading bots in a highly competitive environment. This approach extends to how we think about data: better data leads to better trading decisions. Our data engineering team builds and operates the platform that powers strategy research and ML model training—at near-petabyte scale and growing. We are expanding the team to keep raising the bar.

In this position, you will:

- Build data pipelines that ingest, transform, and serve large volumes of trading and market data across multiple exchanges

- Define and evolve data models and improve how data is delivered for strategies and ML models

- Optimize underlying systems—ClickHouse, Spark, and storage layers—for performance and reliability

- Work with strategy teams to understand data needs, improve data quality, and deliver impactful datasets

- Identify gaps in data collection and usage across teams, and drive improvements

We expect you to have:

- Strong Python and SQL skills

- Experience with Spark, Iceberg, and analytical databases

- Strong agentic engineering skills

- Experience with Kubernetes, deployments, and CI/CD; solid understanding of infrastructure

- Comfortable working in an evolving environment with broad ownership

- Proficiency in English and Lithuanian

- Ability to work on-site at our Symbiocity Vilnius office

You will stand out if you have:

- Background in trading or other data-intensive domains

- Experience with cryptocurrencies and blockchain infrastructure

The salary range for this position is €5,000 – €10,000 gross per month.
