You will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing the sustainability strategy across the Ecoservice group of companies;
• Managing ISO and ESG standards within the organization;
• Coordinating audit processes, engaging participants, providing guidance, and ensuring control;
• Actively collaborating with all departments to develop and implement sustainability initiatives;
• Delivering projects related to sustainability and Green Deal principles, and applying best practices;
• Integrating sustainability KPIs into operational processes and overseeing their performance;
• Ensuring responsible processes (efficient use of water, energy, raw materials, and other resources);
• Preparing project budgets and administering project execution.

We expect that you:

• Have a higher education degree in law, environmental studies, engineering, or another sustainability-related field;
• Have experience in implementing sustainability projects;
• Are fluent in Lithuanian and English;
• Are инициативe, proactive, and motivated to contribute to driving change;
• Have experience working with sustainability assessment systems and environmental standards (ISO, ESG, GRI, LCA, etc.) — this would be considered an advantage.
