Senior Manager – Fund Administration Team Leader
Our client is a leading private equity investor with a strong reputation for building sustainable businesses through operational excellence and growth. They and looking for an experienced professional ready to take ownership of a growing Administration function within a leading private equity environment.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, leadership and continuous improvement. You’ll bring your expertise in fund or corporate administration to shape efficient, technology-enabled processes and lead a skilled team within a collaborative, forward-thinking organisation.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Administration team into a scalable, efficient and tech-driven function
- Oversee relationships with external fund administration providers, managing all aspects of administration and company secretarial matters
- Ensure service level agreements, fee models and KPIs are current and met
- Support and manage the setup of new fund structures and SPVs, including entity incorporation and bank account opening
- Supervise daily operations, invoice workflows and supplier management
- Maintain accurate investor and company records, statutory documents and ensure timely regulatory filings
- Prepare and review legal documents, ensuring correct execution and compliance
- Drive process improvement, digitalisation and automation initiatives
- Contribute to firm-wide transformation and improvement initiatives
Your Profile
- Degree in law, finance or business administration (ICSA or similar qualification preferred)
- At least 6 years’ experience in fund or corporate administration
- Proven leadership and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Solid knowledge of private equity or alternative asset classes
- Analytical, proactive and comfortable managing complex workflows
- Tech-minded and motivated to modernise processes
- Fluent in English; experience in an AIFM or fund administrator is an advantage
