Your Role
- We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in the space/aerospace industry and/or composite materials to lead and coordinate high-value engineering projects.
- You will play a central role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex structural solutions from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end engineering projects related to composite structures and advanced manufacturing technologies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, analysis, manufacturing, and testing.
- Manage project scope, planning, resources, risks, and deliverables.
- Drive technical decision-making in collaboration with engineering experts.
- Oversee structural validation activities (FEA, testing, qualification).
- Ensure alignment with aerospace/space industry standards and quality requirements.
- Act as the main interface with internal stakeholders and external partners/customers.
- Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement in materials, processes, and design methodologies.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in aerospace or space industry.
- Strong background in composite materials (thermoset, CFRP, advanced structures).
- Proven experience in project management of complex engineering programs.
- Solid understanding of structural design, analysis, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with R&D environments and innovative technologies is a strong asset.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
