Your Role

  • We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in the space/aerospace industry and/or composite materials to lead and coordinate high-value engineering projects.
  • You will play a central role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex structural solutions from concept to production.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end engineering projects related to composite structures and advanced manufacturing technologies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, analysis, manufacturing, and testing.
  • Manage project scope, planning, resources, risks, and deliverables.
  • Drive technical decision-making in collaboration with engineering experts.
  • Oversee structural validation activities (FEA, testing, qualification).
  • Ensure alignment with aerospace/space industry standards and quality requirements.
  • Act as the main interface with internal stakeholders and external partners/customers.
  • Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement in materials, processes, and design methodologies.


Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in aerospace or space industry.
  • Strong background in composite materials (thermoset, CFRP, advanced structures).
  • Proven experience in project management of complex engineering programs.
  • Solid understanding of structural design, analysis, and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with R&D environments and innovative technologies is a strong asset.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary teams.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
