- Experience in project coordination and managing documentation deliverables.
- Solid understanding of middleware and enterprise integration technologies.
- Familiarity with Helix ITSM tools for support and maintenance activities.
- Experience in third-party system integration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of effort estimation and project planning.
- Experience with error handling frameworks and monitoring tools.
- Ability to adapt to complex and evolving project environments.
