What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional working as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments;

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and delivery methodologies;

• Experience working with technical teams in identity and access management environments;

• Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols such as SAML2 and OpenID Connect (OIDC);

• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution and stakeholders management skills;

• Ability to identify process gaps and drive continuous iniciatives;

• Fluency in English and French (at least B2 Level);

Nice to have:

• Experience in large-scale enterprise or distributed team environments;

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous delivery models;

• Experience with Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LESS or similar);

• Background in software engineering or technical project delivery;

• Experience using Agile project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps);

Important:

This position is following a hybrid regime, 2 to 3x/week, in Lisbon. Candidates should be based in Portugal and have a Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit to be considered.
