Job Description

ABOUT US:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – AI & Sports Data to join our Live Data division at Sportradar. This role lives at the heart of what makes sports data powerful – you will be the person who connects real-world sports movements and on-field performance with our AI-driven product suite to create tangible value for the betting industry.

Your top priority will be ensuring that Sportradar's strategic investments in AI-powered sports data capabilities translate into measurable commercial outcomes. You will own the product strategy for key AI betting products, driving them from technical innovation to market-ready offerings that exceed client expectations.

As part of the Live Data organisation, you will serve as a critical bridge between AI development and business impact. You will define roadmaps in collaboration with AI engineers and data scientists, and champion quality and delivery across the full product lifecycle.



THE CHALLANGE:

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for AI-powered betting products.
  • Identify commercial opportunities where AI capabilities can create differentiated value for Sportradar’s betting clients.
  • Work closley with the AI team on a daily basis - attending standups, planning sessions, and design reviews - to maintain deep technical understanding and enusure product-market alignment.
  • Develop, analyse, and evolve product KPIs in collaboration with internal stakeholders across AI, Live Data, and commercial teams.
  • Translate complex AI outputs into clear product narratives and value propositions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Assess data quality, model performance, and product reliability to drive continuous improvement.
  • Predict and measure the business impact of AI product deliveries, building cases for investment and prioritisation.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally between AI engineering, Live Data operations, QA, and go-to-market teams to ensure smooth product launches.
  • Oversee the overall landscape of AI-driven opportunities for Live Data, proactively proposing new product concepts and enhancements.
  • Help offload operational and product-related tasks from the AI team, allowing them to focus on core technical delivery.
  • Drive quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement of product processes and deliverables.



ABOUT YOU:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in data-intensive or AL/ML - driven product environments.
  • Strong understanding of the sports betting industry, including trading, odds compilation, in-play markets, and related data products.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical AL/ML concepts into commercial product opportunities.
  • Experience working closely with engineering and data science teams in agile environments.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs, interpret model outputs, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills - comfortable presenting to both technical teams and senior leadership.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning products, or sports data platforms is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI) and basic SQL knowledge is advantageous.
