About The Role
Due to continuous growth, our Mobile Development Team is excited to welcome a Senior Mobile Software Engineer who will own end-to-end delivery of iOS and Android applications using AI tooling as a core part of the workflow, not an afterthought.
This is a full-ownership role. You write the code, make the architectural calls, and ship the product. AI is your force multiplier; Product is your partner.
You'll work directly with Product Owners, Designers and QAs to turn ideas into working software, own both mobile platforms across your projects, and maintain the AI-assisted development environment that makes this model possible.

About The Role

You'll work directly with Product Owners, Designers and QAs to turn ideas into working software, own both mobile platforms across your projects, and maintain the AI-assisted development environment that makes this model possible.
YOUR MISSION
- Own end-to-end delivery of mobile products: from architecture to App Store and Play Store release
- Write production-quality iOS applications in Swift and SwiftUI
- Own Android delivery on your projects in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
- Using AI tooling to bridge platform-specific gaps where needed
- Maintain and evolve the AI development stack: rules, skills, agents and workflow automation
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Designers to define scope, surface tradeoffs, and keep delivery predictable
- Build and maintain lightweight backend services and integrations when projects require it
- Make independent architectural decisions, with Staff Engineers available as a technical partners
- Strong depth in native iOS development
- Deep understanding of Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and Apple development best practices
- Solid Android fundamentals: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Play Store delivery
- Strong architectural judgment: you design systems that scale and know when simplicity is the right call
- Actively uses AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude-Code, Codex, or equivalent) as a core part of your daily workflow, not occasional use
- Strong communication skills: you work directly with Product, push back when needed, and set realistic expectations
- Product intuition: you think about the user experience, not just the implementation
- Experience building or maintaining internal developer tooling or automation
- Familiarity with lightweight backend development (REST APIs, third-party integrations)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices
