The candidate will be responsible for managing the following activities:
- assist in product marketing activities, including market research, campaign development, and product launches;
- help maintain product documentation and marketing materials;
- work with cross-functional teams, including Sales and R&D, to support product initiatives;
- develop an in-depth understanding of all internal workflows by interfacing with teams across Sales, R&D, Regulatory, and Operations. Map existing processes and proactively identify opportunities to design improved, more efficient workflows;
- conduct market analysis to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
The resource should also have the following skills:
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in Biomedical Engineering. This background provides a structured foundation for growth in product management within the medical device industry;
- strong interest in product marketing within the healthcare or medical device industry;
- experience in management consulting or a structured analytical environment;
- familiarity with programming concepts and/or understanding of how software applications and AI tools work;
- fluent in English, French desired and additional languages are considered a plus.
