About Aeon


Aeon is redefining preventive healthcare through full-body MRI and advanced diagnostics. We are building a category-defining health brand across product, service, and go-to-market.


We are experiencing strong traction and are preparing for our Series A. Design plays a central role in shaping this next phase of growth.


Your Mission


Your mission is to act as the bridge between Product and Go-to-Market. You will design the full ecosystem of touchpoints that influence acquisition, monetization, and retention. You shape how Aeon communicates visually and interactively across product and marketing.


Location: both on-site and remote/hybrid are options.


Tasks

GTM & Communication Design



  • Design high-performing landing pages and booking funnels.

  • Translate positioning into clear and effective visual communication.

  • Create campaign visuals and support video assets together with the marketing team.

  • Adapt messaging and creative language to our ICP.


Preventive healthcare requires a careful balance between education and conversion: You design communication that explains complex medical topics clearly, builds trust, and reduces friction in decision-making while maintaining commercial effectiveness.


Product & Interaction Design



  • Design digital product experiences with strong UX fundamentals.

  • Develop interaction patterns, information architecture, and user flows.

  • Improve clarity, usability, and trust within the product.

  • Design retention-driving interfaces and communication flows


The core challenge is making medicine understandable for non-experts. You translate complex medical information into clear, structured product experiences that improve comprehension and decision confidence. This requires strong abstraction skills and precise communication design.


Service & Experience Touchpoints



  • Design touchpoints across the full customer journey.

  • Shape interactions between Aeon, patients, and medical professionals.

  • Improve clarity and experience across both digital and service environments.


Systems & Execution



  • Build and evolve scalable design systems in Figma.

  • Ensure visual and interaction consistency across web, product, campaigns, and service.

  • Contribute to the evolution of Aeon’s product and visual language.


Requirements

Core requirements



  • Figma is your primary environment.

  • Strong skill in Diffusion-based tools such as Nanobanana or generative AI tools for visual production

  • Experience with Framer, Webflow, or similar web builders.

  • Advanced prototyping skills.

  • Solid UX and interaction design experience.

  • Strong experience with video editing tools.

  • Fluency in modern generative AI workflows for high-quality image and video production.

Who you are



  • Design generalist with strong product intuition.

  • Experience in startups, ideally early-stage between Seed and Series B.

  • Founder mindset and high agency.

  • Mature taste and strong visual judgment.

  • Strategic understanding of how design influences business metrics.

  • Comfortable operating across product, growth, and service layers.

  • Structured, fast, and ownership-driven.

  • Fluent in English and German.
