Level: Director
This role sits within the companies Consulting practice, helping major global clients solve complex cybersecurity challenges and deliver large‑scale transformation across Manufacturing, Pharma and Industrial Products.
As a Director, you will lead a global delivery team and advise clients from strategy through execution. You will drive growth of the cybersecurity practice, shape value propositions, build senior client relationships, and oversee multi‑project delivery across diverse environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify market opportunities and develop new cyber propositions.
- Scale delivery efficiency and introduce new ways of working.
- Create an environment where people and technology work seamlessly together.
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships.
- Deliver major cybersecurity transformation programmes across Supply Chain, OT Security, IAM, Managed Services, and Target Operating Model design.
- Manage stakeholders across IT, Risk, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and Security.
- Grow and lead a global delivery team.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in Manufacturing, Pharma or Industrial Products.
- Experience in global cybersecurity functions within one or more areas: supply chain security, OT security, managed services, cyber strategy, vulnerability management, IAM, incident response, or regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIS2, EU CRA).
- Strong leadership, team‑building and business development experience.
- Ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex programmes.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity, OT, and manufacturing technology trends.
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to design and communicate prototypes, PoCs and innovative solutions.
- Knowledge of industry standards (IEC‑62243/ISA‑99, NIST CSF, etc.).
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, GICSP, GRID, etc.) are beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in a technical field.
- Fluent English (German/French an advantage).
