Senior Cyber Security Project Manager (Network & Infrastructure) | Zurich, Switzerland 🇨🇭🛡️

Loop Future is looking for a Senior Cyber Security Project Manager to lead a high-impact infrastructure and network security programme for a key client in Zurich.


This isn't just a coordination role—it's about embedding Security by Design into the very fabric of a major enterprise’s network.


The Mission:

  • 📍 Location: Zurich, Switzerland (On-site with flexibility).
  • ⏳ Duration: 12-month contract (extension possible).
  • 🎯 Core Goal: Drive the delivery of a cyber security and network infrastructure programme, remediate 93+ ISO 27001 audit findings, and strengthen the client's overall security architecture.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Delivery: Own a complex programme spanning cyber security and network infrastructure (including DDI – DNS, DHCP, IPAM).
  • Security by Design: Ensure security is embedded early across all infrastructure initiatives.
  • Audit Remediation: Drive the analysis and resolution of ISO 27001 audit findings to improve the organization's compliance posture.
  • Bridge the Gap: Manage a core technical team of network/security engineers and wider stakeholders, translating technical needs into business value.
  • Risk Management: Assess risks and prioritize actions using formal information security risk management principles.


What You Bring:


The "Must-Haves" (Mandatory):

  • Certifications: Active CISA and CISSP-ISSAP.
  • Clearance: Valid PSP (Personen-Sicherheits-Überprüfung) for Switzerland.
  • Languages: German (C1) and English (B2/C1).


The Experience:

  • Proven track record leading IT infrastructure and cyber security projects in complex enterprise environments.
  • Deep understanding of network security and infrastructure.
  • Strong background in ISO 27001 and formal audit/remediation processes.
  • Confidence engaging with high-level technical engineering teams.
