We are looking for an Associate Reporting Analyst to support recurring operational reporting activities across cloud environment decommissioning and Service review processes. This is an entry-level role suited for candidates with 1–2 years of experience who are detail-oriented and comfortable working with data to drive operational insights.

Associate Data Analytics Analyst – SO&S BI Team

The BI Team provides operational leadership and analytics support to Business Functions.

Your Impact

The Data analyst will create a business partnership that works cross functionally with other areas of the organization, through data analysis and reporting. This position requires in addition to strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively complex information, as well as solid business partnering skills and ability to work at different levels of the organization.

Your Day-To-Day:

• Prepare and maintain recurring reports to support cloud decommissioning activities, including:
• Tracking contract renewals, churn, and proof-of-concept (POC) expirations
• Deliver regular operational reporting for quarterly Service Reviews
• Extract, analyze, and validate data from multiple systems to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
• Maintain and improve reporting templates and processes for efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery
• Perform data quality checks and troubleshoot discrepancies

• Bachelor Degree
• 1-2 years work experience in Operations or supporting a fast-paced field team
• Fluent English speaker
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) and Salesforce (SFDC)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical, written and presentation skills
• Customer focus and action oriented, proactive Self-Starter mindset
• Comfort in working for a rapidly changing organization
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable with the data
