We are now looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated member of the Quality & Product Assurance team to join us at OHB Sweden, a company dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions in the field of space technology. We are looking for a person who wants to work either as a Product Assurance Manager or as a Quality Assurance Manager with us.
The Quality & Product Assurance team within OHB Sweden plans, manage, and execute quality assurance aspects from initial product design, manufacturing, and testing, all the way to delivery.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a team player with high emotional intelligence (self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills). A mindset for problem-solving and taking initiative is necessary, as well as the ability to work in a pragmatic way, balancing the right level of quality and delivery.
The office and work location is in Kista. Travel may be required, primarily within Europe and USA.

- Ensure compliance with product and quality standards from design through production and delivery.
- Plan and execute reviews and inspections with suppliers and customers.
- Review and approve project documentation, materials, processes, and EEE components.
- Manage deviations, non-conformance issues, and lead root cause analysis, corrective, and preventive actions.
- Act as the main contact for quality assurance with customers and suppliers, ensuring continuous improvement of quality management systems.

- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Experience from Product/Quality Assurance within space or other advanced technology and manufacturing
- Experience of materials, processes, and EEE reviews
- University degree (MSc) in Engineering, Electronics, Materials, Quality, or similar
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in English
