As someone with strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset, you will partner with different departments to ensure our People Operations processes are smooth, scalable, and aligned with the needs of the business. • Assist in maintaining and updating HRIS systems and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Handle employee documentation, such as contracts, amendments, and policies, while ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by collecting and reviewing necessary data (e.g., leave balances, attendance).
  • Support the coordination of People team initiatives, such as training programs, engagement activities, and internal events.
  • Assist in maintaining HR compliance records, including tracking probation periods, contract renewals, and certifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Participate in ongoing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the People function.

Come join us if you have:

  • 1+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related administrative role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and basic HR processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and providers.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • A collaborative team player with a desire to learn and grow within the People function.
  • Strong communicator and fluent in English

Reasons to apply:

  • Change the future of TV! A unique opportunity to join a well-funded, high growth company in the early stages to help to shape a product/business that will impact millions.
  • Opportunity to work outside of your comfort zone & develop professionally in an exciting & rapidly growing video streaming industry.
